Hi everyone, Just a quick bulletin to let you know that we currently have work in progress to upgrade 2 of our bedrooms ! The Garden Suite will be fully ensuite with bath and shower, whilst the family room is being completely separated from the staircase and will be properly self contained. A full en suite will be installed at a later stage. All should be complete by end of April. Thanks Paul & Joe

Set in the small hamlet of Le Cloux, in the commune of St Amand Jartoudiex, a short distance from the medieval town of Bourganeuf, set amid the magnificent rolling hills and farms of the Creuse countryside, this delightful farmhouse Chambres d'Hotes awaits you with a guarantee of a very warm welcome from your hosts, Paul and Joe Forrest.
Puy l'Abbe has three very comfortable rooms and we do offer you a Table d'Hotes should you want to dine with us any evening; in either our dining room, or should you prefer, "al fresco" on our south terrrace with it's magnificent views, towards Les Monts d'Ambazac, of the setting sun.
Our aim is to ensure that you enjoy complete relaxation in this haven of peace, whilst taking advantage of the many attractions of the area; there are many woodland or hillside walks, a network of cycling paths, (we have mountain bikes which you can use), fishing nearby, other accessible attractions are listed under our "places to go" tab , above.
Puy L'Abbe sits in an acre of grounds where there are woodland walkways and there are areas where you can sit, relax, read, or simply enjoy the views.
